20' Garden Spaghetti for 2 or 4

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 125 g spaghetti
  2. 10 g finely chopped onion
  3. vegetable mix: carrot grated, celery coarsely chopped, red pepper cubes
  4. 6 ml extra virgin olive oil
  5. 45 ml white wine
  6. tomato mixture: finely chopped tomato sauce, red pesto sauce
  7. 20 g grated parmesan
  8. salt/pepper preferably – not included

*Lenten option does not include parmesan cheese

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 20 minutes
  1. Boil water in a kettle. Put the water in a saucepan, add the spaghetti, salt preferably and cook for about 12 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Add the vegetables, salt, pepper and bake stir for 2 minutes on medium heat or until softened for one serving. Allow more time for more portions.
  4. Add the wine and bake for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add the tomato sauce and cook, stirring for another 2 minutes.
  6. Drain the spaghetti thoroughly and add to the sauce. Add half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
  7. Finally, serve and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.


Utensils you will need: 1 casserole for pasta, 1 nonstick frying pan, 1 strainer
