Ingredients delivered per person
- 125 g spaghetti
- 10 g finely chopped onion
- vegetable mix: carrot grated, celery coarsely chopped, red pepper cubes
- 6 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 45 ml white wine
- tomato mixture: finely chopped tomato sauce, red pesto sauce
- 20 g grated parmesan
- salt/pepper preferably – not included
*Lenten option does not include parmesan cheese
Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 20 minutes
- Boil water in a kettle. Put the water in a saucepan, add the spaghetti, salt preferably and cook for about 12 minutes over medium heat.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick frying pan. Add the onion and sauté for 2 minutes over medium heat.
- Add the vegetables, salt, pepper and bake stir for 2 minutes on medium heat or until softened for one serving. Allow more time for more portions.
- Add the wine and bake for another 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce and cook, stirring for another 2 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti thoroughly and add to the sauce. Add half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
- Finally, serve and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.
