20 ' Fresh Fettuccine Alfredo With Shrimp per person

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 150 g handmade fresh fettuccine
  2. 5 g unsalted butter
  3. 5 defrosted and peeled shrimps 16/20
  4. 1 crushed clove of garlic
  5. 120 ml low fat fresh cream
  6. 10 g grated parmesan
  7. 1/2 chicken bouillon cube
  8. 3 g finely chopped parsley


Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!


Ready in 20 minutes

  1. Boil water in a kettle and pour it in a saucepan. Place the fresh fettuccine and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Add the butter, garlic and sauté, stirring over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the shrimps and cook, stirring gradually for 3 -7 minutes or until browned according to the portions.
  4. Add the fresh cream and stir for 1 minute.
  5.  Remove from heat, add half the parsley, half the Parmesan cheese and stir.
  6.  Drain the fettuccine, put them in the sauce with the shrimp and stir well.
  7. Finally, serve and sprinkle with the rest of the parmesan and parsley.
