20΄ Pasta with Chili Tomatoes per person

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 125 g Spaghetti 
  2. 20 g cherry tomatoes 
  3. 5 ml extra virgin olive oil 
  4. 25 g sundried tomatoes in thin stripes 
  5. 4 leaves fresh basil 
  6. 70 ml fresh cream
  7. 10 g grated parmesan 
  8. chili mixture: onion, garlic, red chili 

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 20 minutes

  1. Boil water in a kettle. Put the water in a pot, add pasta and cook for about 12 minutes in medium heat. Drain. 
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in quarters. 
  3. Chop the basil leaves. 
  4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pot. Put the chili mixture and sauté in medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring often. 
  5. Add the cherry tomatoes, the sundried tomatoes, the basil, and sauté for 2 more minutes, stirring often. 
  6. Add the fresh cream and cook for 2 minutes. Finally, put the pasta in and stir, and the meal is ready! 
  7. Serve sprinkled with parmesan.
