Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 150 g wholewheat noodles 
  2. 10 ml peanut oil 
  3. soy sauce: low fat soy sauce, sugar, lemon juice, sweet and sour sauce 
  4. nuts mixture: raw peanuts, cashew nuts, raisins 
  5. vegetable mixture: fresh onion, bean sprouts
  6. fresh chopped coriander 
  7. 30 g canned beetroot 

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 15 minutes

  1. Boil water in a pot and add noodles. Cook for 3 minutes in medium heat. 
  2. In a non-stick pot or wok heat the oil, add the nut mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes in medium heat, stirring often. 
  3. Add the soy sauce and stir for 1 more minute. 
  4. Add the beetroot and cook for 1 more minute, stirring often. 
  5. Add the vegetable mixture and stir for 1 minute, for one serving and more for more servings. 
  6. Drain the noodles well and add them to the sauce. Stir for 1 minute.
  7. Finally, serve and sprinkle with coriander.
