Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. extra virgin olive oil
  2. 100 gr. defrosted SHRIMP, peeled
  3. ginger mixture: fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, garlic finely chopped
  4. spring onions in strips
  5. vegetable mixture: leek, peas, bean sprouts
  6. sauce: SOY sauce, sugar, salt
  7. 100 gr. Jasmine rice
  8. 200 gr. water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 15 minutes

  1. Place the rice in a pot without a lid and add the water. When the water boils, cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
  2. At the same time in a frying pan or wok heat the oil over medium heat and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes while stirring, remove the shrimp and set aside in a plate.
  3. In the same pan, add the ginger mixture and sauté, stirring for 1 minute. Add the onions and continue for another minute.
  4. Add the vegetable mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  5. Add the sauce along with the shrimp. Cover and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
  6. Serve in a bowl with the rice and top with the shrimp mixture.
