Ingredients delivered per portion
- extra virgin olive oil
- 100 gr. defrosted SHRIMP, peeled
- ginger mixture: fresh ginger, peeled and chopped, garlic finely chopped
- spring onions in strips
- vegetable mixture: leek, peas, bean sprouts
- sauce: SOY sauce, sugar, salt
- 100 gr. Jasmine rice
- 200 gr. water – not included

- Place the rice in a pot without a lid and add the water. When the water boils, cook for 9 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat and cover.
- At the same time in a frying pan or wok heat the oil over medium heat and fry the shrimp for 2-3 minutes while stirring, remove the shrimp and set aside in a plate.
- In the same pan, add the ginger mixture and sauté, stirring for 1 minute. Add the onions and continue for another minute.
- Add the vegetable mixture and cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.
- Add the sauce along with the shrimp. Cover and continue cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Serve in a bowl with the rice and top with the shrimp mixture.
