20' Mushroom And Thyme Fresh Pasta Carbonara per person

Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. 150 gr fresh handmade egg pappardelle
  2. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  3. 42 gr bacon strips
  4. 63 gr white and brown mushrooms
  5. 1 thyme branch
  6. 1 garlic clove crushed
  7. 1 free range egg
  8. 55 ml fresh cream
  9. 10 gr parmesan grinded
  10. 30 ml water for sauce – not included
  11. salt / pepper as desired – Not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

 Ready in 20 minutes

  1. Cut the mushrooms into slices and remove leaves from thyme branch.
  2. Separate the yolk from the egg white and keep the egg yolk.
  3. Boil water in a pot. Place the fresh pappardelle and cook for 12 minutes.
  4. At the same time, in a saucepan or large non-stick pot heat the olive oil in medium heat and then add the bacon strips. Cook for about 3 minutes.
  5. Add mushrooms, thyme leaves, garlic and salt and pepper and cook for another 3 minutes stirring frequently. Add the fresh cream, water, egg yolk and cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring.
  6. Drain the cooked pappardelle and add in the sauce. Stir well.
  7. Finally, serve pappardelle and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
