Ingredients delivered per person

  1. 70 g organic gluten-free quinoa 
  2. vegetable mixture: red pepper, yellow pepper, fresh onion, cucumber, red cabbage, carrot, fresh coriander 
  3. 5 g salted peanuts 
  4. dressing: extra virgin olive oil, lime juice, soy sauce, red vinegar, coriander, ginger, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, honey 
  5. 250 ml water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 25 minutes

  1. In a non-stick pot, boil water. Add quinoa and cook in medium heat without the lid for 12 minutes. When it boils, after about 7 minutes, stir. 
  2. When the quinoa has absorbed the water, remove the pot from the heat, close the lid, and let it cool for 10 minutes. 
  3. Put quinoa, vegetable mixture, peanuts and the dressing in a bowl. Stir thoroughly. Ready!
