Our divine juicy beef burger recipe!  A must try option for the real burger lovers!  Comes with coleslaw salad and potatoes.  A full meal!  

Ingredients delivered per person

  1. Bread type Brioche
  2. 200 gr. Beef mixture: egg, milk, breadcrumbs, mustard, ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, parsley, sugar
  3. 1 slice of tomato
  4. ketchup
  5. 200-250 gr. Potatoes
  6. 10 ml extra virgin olive oil
  7. seasoning: oregano, salt, pepper
  8. coleslaw mixture: carrot, white and red cabbage
  9. coleslaw sauce: mayonnaise, salt, pepper

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 25 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees at fan mode.
  2. Cut the potato into thin strips of 1 cm.
  3. Place the potatoes in a nonstick baking pan and sprinkle with half olive oil and potato seasoning. Stir well.
  4. Put the potatoes in the oven and bake for 15 minutes or until they are cooked according to the thickness of the cut or portions.
  5. Shape the beef mixture into 2 equal amounts and form 2 burgers of 9-10 cm in diameter.
  6. Heat a non-stick grill on medium heat, about 5 minutes, and bake the burgers for 2.5 minutes each side. In case you want to add cheese you put it over the burgers a minute before they are ready.
  7. Open the bun and heat each side on the grill for 30 seconds.
  8. To assemble the burger, take the bottom of the bun and add half the ketchup, then the 2 burgers, the tomato, the remaining ketchup and close.
  9. Place the coleslaw mixture in the bowl and add the sauce and stir.
  10. Remove the potatoes from the oven and serve the burger with the potatoes and the coleslaw.
