Incredibly easy to prepare, light and healthy, this exotic tasting plate of orange and spices will reposition chicken breast in your mind!
Ingredients delivered per person
200-230gr fresh chicken breast
100gr carrot mixture: carrot, smoked almonds, raisins and coriander
orange dressing: extra virgin olive oil, fresh orange juice,dry white wine, garlic and yellow mustard
ras el hanout mixture: coriander seeds, cumin seeds, chilli flakes, cinnamon,paprika, ginger, turmeric, lemon rind, olive oil and dry coriander
100 ml water – not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!
Ready in 25 minutes
Preheat oven to 220 degrees at fan mode.
Heat the water. Place the couscous in a bowl and add the hot water. Cover with a kitchen cloth for about 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed.
In the meantime, place the chicken in a baking pan covered with baking paper. Brush chicken in both sides with the ras el hanout mixture. Bake the chicken for 15-20 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
Remove chicken from oven and let cool. Slice it into strips using a sharp kitchen knife.
Add the carrot mixture in couscous and mix well with a spoon.
Finally, to serve place the couscous in the plate and top with the chicken strips. Sprinkle all over with the orange dressing!
