Ingredients delivered per portion
- fresh SEA BREAM or SEA BASS fillet 200-230 gr.
- marinade: cherry tomatoes, garlic, black olives slices, PARMESAN, parsley, oregano, basil, salt
- extra virgin olive oil
- 100 gr. North American wild rice
- 300 ml water – not included

Ready in 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees at fan mode.
- In a pot without a lid, heat about 1/3 of the olive oil over medium/high heat and add the rice, stirring for about 1 minute.
- Add the water, salt as desired, and let it boil. Lower heat and boil for about 18 minutes.
- At the same time, add the fish fillet to a baking pan with parchment paper.
- Marinade the fillet by spreading the marinade all over the top side.
- Drizzle with the remaining olive oil and bake for about 15 minutes.
- When the rice is cooked, remove from heat, cover with lid and set aside for 5 minutes until it absorbs the liquids.
- Serve the fish with the rice.
