Ingredients delivered per portion
- rice mix: basmati rice and raisins
- BUTTER
- onion mixture: thinly sliced onion, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick
- turmeric
- 1 chicken breast in large pieces
- curry paste
- chicken broth cube
- cilantro finely chopped
- garnish: mix cilantro leaves and ALMOND flakes
- 300 gr. water not included

Ready in 30 minutes
- Prepare the chicken broth by heating the water in the kettle and pouring it into a container along with the cube. Stir to dissolve the broth.
- Heat the butter in a saucepan or nonstick pot with a lid over low heat and add the onion mixture. Sauté for 2 minutes stirring frequently and add the turmeric.
- Add the chicken and curry paste and mix well with a wooden spoon so that the paste goes on all the chicken pieces. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
- Add the rice mixture, the broth and stir well.
- Close the lid until it boils. Lower the heat to a minimum and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, add the chopped coriander and cook for another 8 minutes.
- Serve and sprinkle with the garnish.
