Ingredients delivered per portion

  1. rice mix: basmati rice and raisins
  3. onion mixture: thinly sliced onion, bay leaf, cardamom, cinnamon stick
  4. turmeric
  5. 1 chicken breast in large pieces
  6. curry paste
  7. chicken broth cube
  8. cilantro finely chopped
  9. garnish: mix cilantro leaves and ALMOND flakes
  10. 300 gr. water not included

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3! 

Ready in 30 minutes

  1. Prepare the chicken broth by heating the water in the kettle and pouring it into a container along with the cube. Stir to dissolve the broth.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan or nonstick pot with a lid over low heat and add the onion mixture. Sauté for 2 minutes stirring frequently and add the turmeric.
  3. Add the chicken and curry paste and mix well with a wooden spoon so that the paste goes on all the chicken pieces. Cook for 3 minutes, stirring often.
  4. Add the rice mixture, the broth and stir well.
  5. Close the lid until it boils. Lower the heat to a minimum and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Turn off the heat, add the chopped coriander and cook for another 8 minutes.
  7. Serve and sprinkle with the garnish.
