  1. olive oil mixture: extra virgin olive oil, garlic pulp 
  2. 3 free range eggs
  3. 50 g cottage cheese 
  4. vegetable mixture: broccoli, red pepper, red onion, parsley 
  5. spice mixture: dry oregano, salt, and black pepper

Preparing a meal is now as easy as 1-2-3!

Ready in 15 minutes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees at fan mode. 
  2. Break the eggs in a bowl. Beat them lightly with a fork. 
  3. Add the olive oil mixture, the vegetable mixture, the spice mixture and the cheese. Stir thoroughly. 
  4. Place the mixture in an oven proof non-stick frying pan or a non-stick 15cm by 15cm pan for one serving, and in a bigger utensil for more servings. Place it in the oven's middle grill and cook for 10 minutes. 
  5. Serve using a kitchen spatula.
