Heat a non stick grill pan in high heat for about 4-5 minutes until the grill pan is really hot. Place steaks and cook based on how you like the steaks cooked. Make sure you turn steak every 2 minutes.
Rare: 2’ 15’’ each side
Medium rare: 3’ 15’’ each side
Medium: 4’ 15’’ each side
Medium well: 5’ 15’’ each side
Well done: Allow more time depending on how well you would like your steak to be. Our recommendation is to cook steak up to medium well.
